There’s now a few US (military) radio operators based in Djibouti [J20MR, J28JD, J28HJ) and as such a radio club has been formed at Camp Lemonnier United States Naval Expeditionary Base. The callsign is J28RC with activity planned for 80-10m; CW, SSB & FT8.
PS: Remember the multinational J28MD DXpedition is taking place Oct/Nov 2022.
