GB100, Wales

John, MW1CFN, will be active as GB1004FTS from Anglesey Island (EU-005), an island off the mainland’s northwest coast, between March 25th and April 8th.

Operations will be on various HF bands including 6 and 2 meters using SSB and the Digital modes.

Activity is to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Royal Air Force’s No. 4 Flying Training School which opened up on April 1st, 1921.
