RAC Annual General Meeting 2020: Sunday, September 20

The Radio Amateurs of Canada is pleased to announce that it will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday, September 20.
Given the ongoing global pandemic the AGM will be a virtual event. This year we are also planning something new – an interactive mini-conference that will feature interesting presentations on a wide range of topics. For more information please visit the Canada 2020 Conference webpage.
Date: Sunday, September 20
Time: Please note that the AGM is now scheduled to begin at 4 pm (Eastern Standard Time)
Agenda items will include:
- Report of the President
- Review of the 2019 finances
- Appointment of auditors for 2020
A Question and Answer period will follow the AGM proceedings. This is your opportunity to hear what your representatives have been doing over the past year, to raise questions, and to make suggestions about how RAC is managed and where it is going in the future.
If you wish to submit a question to the RAC President for the Q&A session please send it to ve3xra@rac.ca before 6 pm ET on Friday, September 18.
The meeting will be attended by members of the RAC Board of Directors and Executive and is open to all RAC members.

Please complete the form and indicate that you would like to attend the Annual General Meeting portion of the meeting.
