[EARLIER] This DX Shoebox find comes courtesy of Oliver F6EPN (a.k.a Spratley Woody of Land of QSLs fame) and it’s another “Guess the op..?” type post. 

[ANSWER] – The QSL card gives the answer. Who can forget Chuck Brady? Not only did he give Bouvet an ATNO to thousands, he was also QRV from Kingman Reef!
